Next things skill training should start from very beginning and once students become skilled govt should export them out of the country in all over the world. There is a need for qualified Valuers . There are great job opportunities. Two Lac Valuers are needed. If the Masters courses are commenced in all the Universities, Indian Economy will benefit and jobs also will be created.Govt.need not spend on this. Self supporting courses can be designed.We Qualified Valuers have a ready made Syllabus and pattern .UGC needs to include Master of Valuation in a Multi disciplinery Catagory and make course accessible to Art,Commerce,Science,Law n Engg Graduates.

Valuation is an art and science and needs to be learnt thoroughly. The Study of the subject involves study of Engg, Law, Economics, Accounts, Language,Statistics.
