During this month's 'Mann Ki Baat' programme the Prime Minister will share his 'Mann Ki Baat' with youngsters appearing for the various board examinations and competitive exams.

The Prime Minister invites all of you, particularly students, parents and teachers to share their experiences about examinations be it preparing for examinations, the role of parents and teachers in the run up to the examinations.

Please also share memorable exam anecdotes that have left a lasting impression in your minds.

Some of the inputs received will be compiled in the form of an e-book that will become a friend to all youngsters taking these board and competitive exams.

I really think it should be made compulsory in every school to accommodate a few children with special needs and also there should be a special educator in every school to understand the difficulties which are faced by such students Thank you

Sir it is very good idea & very encourage to Indian that u come with radio & touch to every heart and share your views with all i m proud of you sir .Sir in examination Time every student,parents worry About The Paper But I think That Make A plan To Read, Time Management and give the time to every subject, Do not fear and teaching hour must be Fix In My Opinion Work While U Work And Play While You Play.Mane Jab Padane Baiythe To Sirf Padai No TV. Pre Exam preparations on CA pattern Test papers to be solved at home NO BAR for Time / search the answers. Allow / appreciate innovative right/new answers / methods other than prescribed materials. I was appreciated by the examiner of my CA test paper on solving one problem of Costing by new method with a remark - METHOD YOU HAVE APPLIED IS NOT PRESCRIBED IN ANY BOOKS OF COSTING, HOWEVER IT IS CORRECT. KEEP IT UP. Positive and encouraging remarks by examiner are needed in weakness also

Dear PM,the pattern of SSLC question papers and their approach must be changed because it encourages rote learning and doesn't help us to learn how to apply our knowledge.I think that we must be judged based on how well we've learnt to APPLY our knowledge THROUGHOUT the academic year and not on what we'vE MEMORIZED for the EXAMS.Giving heaps of assignments does nothing but pressurize us and hamper our learning. SSLC examination should not be just another exam to test our memory.

Fail to understand why students are sent to different schools for board exam in Mumbai. Students are under pressure during exam time and instead of shuffling 100s of students who are already under pressure, can we not assign teachers from different schools? Considering the commuting problems in city, if we permit students to take exam in their own schools under supervision of teachers from other schools, it will be a great help to students and parents.

Regarding cbse ,Pvt school are in pure business of education & child future is at stake .nothing taught in school 99% students in cbse school go for tuition,I am parent of a student and have gone through this tough phase.So Govt school should be strengthen ,to build up trust among all class of people ..Very St rick norms for pvt school should be laid to save the future of the Country.Jay Hind

In the urban planning of our cities , we need to take up seriously the case for elimination of stray anilmals. Specially cows and street dogs. The current program what is running (if at all) is totally ineffective. The streets are unsafe at night specially if some one has to walk to the main roads in the middle of the night for an auto or taxi for a medical emergency or something. We need a seperate focus for this
