My personal experience based on my past 7 years of working closely with university and students I personally feel inclusion of compulsory internships in between the degree course can make a big difference in the quality of students coming out of college and also for the skill development. Also I want to request both industry and university must cross their path in the interest of students as I have seen in India ther is no close relationship between industry and Uni

when we think of developed india and superpower india.we must have disciplined and patriotic citizens. and the best way to do this is education. students studying in school must have the history of our great freedom fighters and the great indian personalities like swami vivekanand chanakya shivaji and so on. which will make them proud indian and create the nation first feeling in them. when i studied in school i had 1 paragraph on shivaji maharaj and 2 pages describing aurangzeb.

As they say, not just bookish learning, but your co and extra curricular activities matters a lot. What I would like to suggest is: There are students who are brilliant but lack the skills to present themselves honorably. For example, a student might be a topper in his college, but what good will it be if he cannot face people, especially job interviewers, properly? Communication skills development is a must for all. Also, leadership skills can help one in team play as well as future.

I think our education system needs drastic changes. our system has to implement more practical sessions which will create the students industry friendly. so that for every person the company need not provide training for them. we should start vocational training centers which will give basic knowledge of the industryto the student . this can produce more technically sound people who can compete with other nations. that can produce opportunities worldwide for the students.

Engagement with industry to link education to emplyeeability: Industry bodies or sector level bodies do have list of skills they require. Education / industry ministry to work on list of compatible skills education or vocational guidance system should provide. These skills to be harnessed at various levels at course curriculum. As 4 level of assessment (8years of education) in specific skill makes that person / student ready to absorbed in that skill. Industry body should verify the skill & abso

I always feel the science, maths and social subjects which I studied in school have nothing to do in shaping my career as I was an Arts student. Instead these subjects created stress in my school days as I am very poor in these. Due to the system I took Arts career only in my UG. Virtually, my 4 precious years have been wasted because of the system. I wish the Govt may look into this aspect while revamping the system.

More emphasis will be given on practicals, laboratory and library. Small projects will be given. Group task, activity will be given. Student involvement in academic and other activity is very important. Teacher must understand their role.

Our education system should be reformed from Schooling itself. Instead of making mandatory all the 6 subjects upto Xth standard it can be extended upto classVIth. So that students could concentrate on his desired subject without wasting time and energy. It also reduces stress for both teachers&students. In turn this will help in enhancing his skills on the prefered subject. A XIIth std student would gain knowledge of UG student in the concerned field. also induction of many subjects in school ..
