Our NorthEastern states can be made the pride and crown of India through strategic exploitation of its culture,horticulture,floriculture,organic farming,aromatics ets by developing all these in the hills and forests.We have the technology to harvest water in the hills and use it beneficially for drip irrigation,mountain fisheries,as well as green house irrigation.We must target to make NE States the fruit bowl of the world.Let the agriculture ministry burn midnight oil to give a plan of action!

Mango,banana,apples,pine apples,orchids and many more fruits and aromatics are part and parcel of India.Though we produce huge quantities of these produce-we have not yet mapped the characteristics of these varieties available in the country.There is no audit,no review.For instance,though India is number one producer of mangoes,only 2% is export worthy.Departments have been created who take no particular responsiblity,It is time that government departments and corporations are given tragets.

In order to clean The Holy Ganga, there should be a ban on the production of polythene carry bags (specially below 40 microns) which are of single use and not disposable. Merely stopping the use of carry bags won't help because if it is produced it will be used somehow. This should be imposed by law.

It would be pleasure if I have been given a permission to make a short film on Ganga .....i think it would capture mass people for there understanding and importance of GANGA

To keep ganga clean there should be more and more trees and plants to be planted near to the place so that natural environment should be maintained

old industry should be asked to update their machine so that waste generation can be minimised..

To keep the Ganga Clean the first and the foremost important thing is to fine a heavliy penalty to those who throw garbage or anything in it....i think this would be the first measure to be taken..

Cremation on Ganga should be done by Electricity process only..

I think by joining rivers to Ganga through canal or any other means can increase inflow of fresh water hence clearing the River naturally during time.

Natural resources should remain natural....stakeholders in sense of cleaning Ganga are Govt Agencies, NGO's, Religious and other nearby cities and locations, already Projects going on........Govt start cleaning, everyone is there with you (already integrated).....make maps of ideal river bedside should be....
