Associate the toilet plan on banks as well. The dam that is built on the Ganga is designed in such a way that fishes who have the ability to clean the water die due to obstacles in design. Modify just the design and not the entire dam.

Build water treatment plant each and every city and town which are on bank of Ganga. Built guters for houses toilets . Collect garbeges form houses.

We have framed rules and regulations for industries for water management, but enforcement were never effective, which resulted in excessive polluting rivers including the Holy Ganga. Can we encourage the treatment of water by the industries by including it under their CSR activities. Can we allow to adopt the treatment plants by big players under their CSR program. The industries volunteering in beautification of riverfront may be suitably rewarded.

A Special Institution Should be created like River Maintaining Department or River Sustainability Department for all the rivers, for the cleaning work of rivers.

To Clean Ganga River these options can be used according to me; 1. A Special Institution Shall be Created who shall look after the cleaning project of not only ganga river but also other rivers. Such institutions shall be provided all necessary powers for a. cleaning Ganga rivers b. Maintaining Cleaness c. punishing the persons creating river Pollution d. adjudicating pollution relation matters like a tribunal. Such Institution shall be solely responsible for the status of the rivers.
