The traditional methods do not allow any Teacher to change syllabus. The result is that the teachers have to teach subjects for 10 years or more without modifications. there has to be some way where a teacher can modify the syllabus as per the demands of industry and society.

I would like to urge our PM to order all universities (technical or non-technical) to follow on rule of giving % or cgpa for the engg. graduates. Also if entry through gate examinations in PSUs are made without the criteria of aggregate 60% or 65 % and only with suitable Gate scores.then It will be useful for many students to make it to PSUs.
