Sir, even today our school education is satisfactory, though there is continued insistence on rote learning. It is at the college & research level that we lack tremendously, especially in the basic sciences, professional courses are foggy due to dubious private capitation colleges. Any institute of higher learning should uphold stringent quality control. All India entry exam scores should be introduced in all college courses along with passing out exams. Regular teacher appraisals are a must.

Internationalization is a good option that brilliant students or committed teachers from each faculty should be selected nationally, and send for training in selected foreign universities which will enhance the teaching learning activities of teachers as well students.

We should have a policy in place that has the objective of increasing the number of international students studying in India. In fact, they do not have to just study here. They can engage in developmental work as well as tourist activities as part of their exchange. This will create diversity in the classroom, in terms of perspectives and richness, and also increase India's soft power through the transnational networks created by the international students and Indian students interactions.

Why do we need thousands of universities in India? We need a centralized university. Let there be immense disciplines. Curriculum and perfect scheduling of the courses is the need of the hour. When we lack all these, how can we achieve global education?

Still quality education is out of reach to everyone. There are several universities which offer quality education in US, UK, Germany and in Australia. Every year there is a heavy outflow of students to pursue education in these universities. We can identify such universities and ask them to teach in India. Similar to Make in India campaign, we can go for "Teach in India". By this we can earn revenue also as this can be cheaper to other third world countries and our outflow will also be less.

In this great day of republic India ,I am greatly fantasize with the rich cultral heritage whose glance we all have seen in rajpath parade.i understand that the feeling of one's pride can only be understood by ones history and fortunately we have a glorifying history.but due to manipulation of our real history by several rulers and still continuing it the same in wrong way in today is disheartening me.i would like to urge the govt to do resrch to prove that we the Aryans are real inhabitants...
