In order to create barrier-free environments in product design, the draft accessibility standards for the Products Sector should focus on integrating universal design principles, incorporating multi-sensory accessibility features and ensuring compliance with global accessibility standards. This includes designing for visual, auditory and cognitive accessibility and establishing robust testing and certification processes for both physical and digital products.
