1.establishment of a special anti trafficking force in addition to regular police station.special recruitment plus separate trg for the force can b done by using the established infrastructure of police trg.
2.the punishments have to be more stringent for householders / factory/brothel owners and ofcourse the local policemen if found involved I the racket.
3.plus a need of a separate monitoring agency for the protection homes and shelters which are sometimes involved in trafficking themselves.

Are temple Devdasi's also under this Act? It is a very good initiative. However we can link the Skill India with the rehabilitation scheme for victims.I hope the Act doesn't gather dust on paper rather be effective at ground level. #HumanTrafficking #MinistryofWomenandChildDevelopment #MyGov

While the proposed changes in the draft Anti trafficking bill are welcome emphasis should be on completely eradicating prostitution and sex slavery from the face of India. Victims of this organised crime face a life worse than death. So 5 or even 10 years imprisonment is not sufficient. It should be capital punishment for these human traffickers.
All women have a right to live a dignified life. This should be part of the Mera Desh Badal Raha hai campaign.

#DraftTraffickingofPersonsBill2016, #HumanTrafficking, #MinistryofWomenandChildDevelopment, #MyGov
