Inviting Creative Ideas and Suggestion to Make India a ‘Tech Nation’

Union Budget 2022 has unfolded a vision for a ‘Naya Bharat’, which will be built on a strong digital ecosystem coupled with reliable physical infrastructure. It has proposed several initiatives to boost skilling sector ushering in a decade of technology in India – or ‘Techade'. The Centre is reimagining Skill India 2.0 to focus on digital skill development, strengthening the collective vision for an inclusive Digital Bharat.

It is also working towards renovating the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) and aligning it with evolving industries, making sure the supply of talent is in sync with demand for it. NSQF is anchored in the National Council of Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) to foster stronger industry skill linkages. The current thrust of the NCVET is on emerging technologies including drones, augmented reality, virtual reality, robotics, animation, machine learning, etc.

Industry demand-driven training is being promoted by fee-based training with industry partnerships. Industry-recognized courses in line with Industry 4.0 are in focus. NCVET is also looking to align Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) courses that are running in the industry, with NSQF to create more job-oriented skilling and better absorption by industry.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched the DESH-stack e-portal to encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood. DESH is designed to address complex challenges facing the skill development ecosystem by bridging the gap between demand and supply in the existing framework. The portal, which provides API-based trusted skill credentials, payment and discovery layers to find relevant jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities, will also allow a frictionless exchange for skill development, deployment and associated supply-chain and enabling services. In order that this move to a technology-powered future is seamless and beneficial to the entire country, we need the brilliance of young minds to spark innovative thoughts.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best creative ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to a ‘Techade’ of industrial revolution. You can be a partner in the march to change, your ideas can fuel the future.

The last date to submit your entries is 1st March 2022.

Dear Sir, Why all the Ph.D. research funds are stopped. All the OBC, RGNF, MANF(without Net) fellowships are stopped. If I clear the NET exam also I cannot possible to join Ph.D. within three months. All the Indian research scholars are struggling without funds like us. Kindly take a step for research funds like OBC, RGNF, MANF(without Net). All the foreign countries are provided more funds for research( per month 80000). Before 2020, we are in 3rd rank for research publication in the Scopus data but after 2020 our country research rank is 7th. Now our country is removed from the developing nation rank list. As an Indian psychologically affected by these hurdles. Please, Kindly grow our nation.

please consider Changing the UGC rules for the profession of assistant professorship. The CSIR net exam must not be considered as compulsory for PHd students to take this profession.It grabs the employment opportunities and research interests to obtain PhD.the state must be given freedom to conduct qualification exams for such professions if necessary otherwise private institutions must be given the freedom to select candidates.This new rule is preventing the students from getting a PhD and no hope for employment.*In my opinion centralizing exams for employment and education without centralizing education standards will destroy the passion to learn and promote unemployment to a particular group of people.

सेवामे, श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय भारत सरकार विषय:- बैंक द्धारा लोन में राहत प्रधान करवाने हेतु | सविनय नम्र निवेदन है की मेरे पिताजी ने सन 2016 में पंजाब नेशनल बैंक शाखा रणथम्भोर ,सवाई माधोपुर ,राजस्थान से कल्याणी योजना से मेरी माता पार्वती देवी के नाम लोन लिया था | लेकिन पिताजी ने हमें कभी भी इस बारे में नही बताया की लोन ले रखा है, फिर सन मई 2021 में कोरोना के कारण पिताजी की मृत्यु होने के बाद बैंक ने कोर्ट द्धारा नोटिस घर भेजने के बाद हमें इस लोन की जानकारी हुई है, अत अब बैंक ने कोर्ट द्धारा लोन जमा करवाने के लिए दबाव बनाया हुआ है और हमारी आर्थिक स्थिति बहुत कमजोर है पिताजी ही एक मात्र कमाने वाले थे | बैंक ने 10 फरवरी तक का समय दिया है लेकिन अब हमारे पास इतने रूपये नही की हम लोन जमा करवा सके हमारी तो पहले ही आर्थिक स्थिति बहुत दयनीय है | अत: आप से निवेदन है की मुझे राहत प्रधान करवाने की कृपा करे ,

There are certain grey areas, agriculture, logistic, elementary education, rural transaction and assistance in MSME or cottage industries and in proper medication for ailing in time. we have to work on this without delay. Tech India will be a reality when each one be provided with the required facility, therefore multilingual devices at affordable rates is the demand for next generation without any hesitation, because more than 70 crores are armed with Android version.

when more than 70 crores android phones are sold then 59%of the entire population are equipped to take any technical assistance through skilled personnel. we can utilise it in logistic support, in education or the enhancement of cross border trading as well But tech India will be possible when we apply them in cottage and MSMEs and irrigation, horticulture, medicinal plantation and the weather forecast or soil preservations, amongst the rural population. Take India becomes essence in a financial transaction, similarly, it would get success in the other important duties and responsibilities also when user will be rewarded against the implementation of the same in their occupation as has been by the financial institution across the country.It will change when devices will not be imported but made at affordable rates by unemployed youth of own land and utilised by the customer of both known and unknown land.
