India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

NDGF must ensure that customers data is secured and it is not misused without the permission of the customers. A multi layered security system should be enabled. TRAI should control all the Telecom Operators and prevent them from selling customer details to Telemarketing Agencies. All tele marketing agencies should be under watch and if there is any breach of data security they should be barred permanently from the service. Without the permission and consent form the customers personal data should not be shared with anyone.

Honorable PM Dear Modi, In the corporate Forign investors controll stock market ..they have made trusts to gather thousands of investors who can dump money and increase the share price within a week and buy back at peak point then domestic individual investors will suffer ...Please research this method how money from country flows in number game and country can become bankruptcy... I Bharat Country should focus on doing same thing in other countries stock markets to gather money from forign stock market ..But other country's intelligence will work sharp and also may close company or show losses or merge to make forign investors loose whole lot of money then they open new incorporation... same way a financial team shall work globally to make same arrangement to curb losses ..Domestic investors have always made losses due to this bulk forign investors and bulk domestic investors...

Dear modi ji irst make a system to protect national data out of country through any forign owned software companies... Let all the servers be installed within the country to protect nations data ...Bharat have big problem tommorow as data of nation and citizens are already stored out of country ... just think for a instance does Bharat have date of other country citizens..like Americans , EU, Russia,China ? but disaster is data of Bharath wasis are already with forign country through their domination in internet platforms , search engines , Google,YouTube, true caller , Hotels chain , finance chain , face book ,tweeter ,Wats up etc etc ,

Nobody should be allowed to collect others personal data. First in Bharat sex is concidered as crime that is the cause of all suffering in all age groups ..Sex should be independent choice not socity choice when to observe and when not ..All Bharath wasis are suffering because sex is concidered criminal activity and women is concidered as instrument of sex the idea of preserving sex should be removed from objective of law in constitution. if some one want to sell or buy sex it should be freely allowed inspite of making laws and police force behind every corner is huge issue in country collecting personal laws more over in country people are collection personal sex action data to black mail individuals through vedio and photo .. hence I wish to stop all this non one shall be permitted to collect personal data and publish in socity and sex shall be allowed in all forms of life as individual choice...
