India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

Along with linking with adharcard, OTP linked google form opening, a google form should open for each family seperately, the census teacher should forward excel sheet of each day to the concerned authority on daily basis. The excel sheet shoukd be configured to contain seperate display window with all details when clicked on each name. This huge data should be maintained by center, bifurcating data of each state seperately for further use.

Aadhaar card should link with election Card and aadhaar card holder should allow to change of address in election list on line. The address must be same as in aadhaar card. The change of address in election list should allow aadhaar card holder only after verification of OTP. This change will save many hardship of public. Also it will save workload of government. Also it will increase voting some extent. All will be happy with this change.

census should link with aadhaar card and aadhaar card holder should allow to fill up details on line after verification OTP. Generally, the task is handover to teachers and they collect very few details from the public and remaining details fill up by them as per their belief. if aadhaar card holder self give input there may be perfection in data. Now, most of us are Computer savvy i.e. mobile savvy, it is possible to do the task.
