cont.-- if we follow up properly we can see that CRM AND NCRM is used maximum places from data utilization CRM -- customer relation management and NCRM--National customer relation management are brought up where actual data is calculated with the AHT and TAT. It is also found in some places that PIM -- Product Information Management, CDM-- Customer Database Management, multimedia sources management and AFRM -- administrative and financial Resources Management are some where flexible. In this actual parameters high level securities privacy and efficiency are followed up by different tools and instruments to provide back up generations and option for recovery of historical and best data. one love one system the government should follow the DSS-- Decision Support System and the other is RTCD-- Real Time Capturing Data. So this are the information on which the department can work India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization

cont-- are arising on a day by day daily basis. According to the circumstances if we follow up or look on the actual parameters of the Draft National data Governance and with framework policies, we will find the actual humidity and responsibilities lies on our shoulders being a citizen of INDIA, I would request the people to follow up the digitalization and engagement volume of Data, if we follow up the words of the DID ( Digital INDIA Dialogues) we will find the answer from the question to draw an actionable insight from Data which tools should be used to manage the digital data efficiency and to present the information in such a way that will give advantage to the citizen of INDIA and to them are a part of it being an audience or targeted audiences. Five fingers are not same but with out the 5 strategies fingers are useless. Firstly Data visualization secondly pattern recognition, thirdly insight articulation, fourthly insight incubation and lastly reaction assimilation. cont

all india life cycle projects cost should be compared with the best of the world. standard used should be Foreign quantity required * India Pvt sector cost. Purchasing power parity has to be realistic . Minimum wage principles across globe is same. by the statndard USD 10/Hour = Rs 750/hour & MNREGA wage is Rs 30/Hour 25 times. so all of US per capita should be reduced by 25 time minimum. Infact reduction should be higher as free food, meal, gas, house, water , power etc should also be accounted at US rate. This itself at Indian value for family of five is Rs 75,000/year= USD 1000= 25X for PPP USD 25,000 /- USD 5000 per capita subsidy. Such freebies do not get accounted/captured in Indian poverty measures . get this anomaly corrected .
Most of data of police station, /MP/MLas should be on per square km . Population density is not that necessary . please rationalize all expenses and facilities accordingly . Govt data should reveal ghettos to be remotely monitored +24*7 by drones

Let's see exception reports & general findings on dash board on every government scheme . with documentation of caste, religion, demography because as per PM & tughlaq collegium, they are assets. Tell us how many crores ayyashing on Hindu $ & mafias , is it the government plan to reduce honest middle class to penury , zinda lash ! not seen 1 correction. Never seen 1 MP/MLA moonchuds of tughlaq collegium thanking hindus for their monthly salary . Not 1 PM/Prez has thanked the people for livelihood ! baap ka maal , they r maliks of India so just no mention ever in 75 years. will it change !

what can't be measured can't be managed. In india it is reverse . why ! India has the largest data bank in the world . Only 80 crore free population One nation , One card data alone would be amongst top data bank of the countries. Not seen one exception report here .
1) Top 100 families in every district . village. why is it so , how many times asha workers have visited them #hum5hamare50 going on
2) How many govt jobs, pensioners getting & their parents, kith & kin availing it
3) how many dead people still getting ration ! how much time does aadhar to get inactivated. Death rate 3 % means 3 crore not existent people benefitting of it for one year. cumulative it could be mind boggling
4) Every ration card has an address just like demonetized money but not 1 saving yet.
5) how many illegals getting ration of Hindu $$
6) Top 1000 streets in each state with maximum BPL. Y? crime rate, policing there. empty stomach means more crime !
7) duplication pregnant women & middaymeal ?
