India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

1. The land records are digitized. Compile data and review of relations between foreign funds and crimes in India like human trafficking, kidnapping, proselytization, betting and illegal money in real estate. PFMS can be used. 2. Matters related to Lord Bison, near Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu should be inquired to see everything is clean. This land property is visible from train when going to Rameswaram (Before 45-90 minutes). But its neighbourhood seems to be underdeveloped.

1. Review of ground handling agency/concessionaire facilities approval to retired government officials or their involvement from security angle. The airlines data should include it. Immigration group, IB, Bureau of Civil Security data and officers name should be in public domain for transparency and remove lobby of corruption or AIS officers.

It is not a disturbing co-incidence that stirs our golden opportunity on this holy occasion to commemorate one of the most important landmark of INDIAN religious history and I am really happy and proud to give a suggestion, ideas and feedback with total inputs on draft National Data Governance Framework Policies. Every initiatives and every effective work will simply help the citizen to modify the exact and actual importance of this draft national data in the filed and mirror of governance framework policies. We are really surprised that the Meity, Negd, and data driven assessment in multiple ways, via block chains, bidmanagements, supply of materials etc.

CCNTS, Integrated Traffic Management Systems and Cyber crime co-ordination centres (under MHA) have been made with thousands of crores money spent. 50,000 crores to 1 lakh crores. States websites are also there. These are being made from more than 10 years. Neither action is taken and neither disposed in multiple months and years. These portals are not functioning in few states and are not good in visibility and also functioning. The money spent should be in public domains. The identity of officers should be in public domain including IPS, IAS and AIS. This can be a very big scam not reported so far.
