The businessman who is the medium of Tax collection and the main arteries of economy has to be safe guarded by the Government.
Businessman ,if assured with medical and education security , will not do any transaction evading Taxes.
He should be give social security for unseen trouble or eduction of children as gratuity basing on the Tax collected and paid to Govt. A amount of rupees 1% of GST paid and 10% of Income tax paid shall be kept reserved such as providen fund.

I suggest that govt. Should increase the budget for science and technology and also for the changing climate.
Govt should ensure proper budget for research and innovation in the AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, non conventional power, Electrical vehicle, space technology etc.
Govt. Should invest in Indian entrepreneurs and researches who are working in this fields for the betterment of world and India.

Hon'ble Sir/Madam,
My suggestions for inclusion in union budget :
1. Schemes for Financial Independence of Rape/Acid attack etc. victim women. Government organized counselling and psychological treatment for such victims so that they can move ahead in life
2. Employment in the area of Clean India movement, such employees will ensure people to follow the rules and will fine/punish to defaulters
3. Installation of equipment to destroy plastic, electronics and other waste in accessible areas

Can we have a system in place in which salaried employee can get their salary once in a 2 weeks time? That means, in total 26 times in 1 year of time. This can help us more money rotating in market, more liquidity to people, increasing purchasing power and so overall helping consumption market of India.

Reduce GST rate on bi & tri-cycles and Wheel chairs from current 12% to 5%. If desired concessionary rate could be applicable up-to a fixed price, 20,000 for bi-cycles & similarly for tri-cycles, to leave out luxury items.
Reasons
- Should be promoted both for work, leisure & recreational purpose for following benefits-
- improves health & wellbeing of users
- reduces traffic congestion in cities
- reduces need to import fossil fuels
- reduce air, sound & thermal pollution
