In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

Dear Sir, this is a humble request to increase the Pension amount for private educational institutions (teachers and lecturers). while the govt institutions staff are paid with a considerable pension amount for the retired and senior citizens, the private retirees are provided with a pension of RS. 1000. This is very unfair and unreasonable. Can we expect the present govt. will please do the needful in this regard?. we believe there will be justice done in this matter. Thanking You.

Respected Madam , We the retirees from Public sector undertakings from state and central Govt. We have been paid monthly stingy pension from 500/ to maximum rs 2500/ from our retirement. We are facing financial hardship to run the family compare to the present cost of living. Due to this we are battling for are battling for survival. Nearly 65 lakhs pensions are there in India. Our appeals to the past UPA govt to hike the pension.they negatived our request with the reason best known

encourage payment of utility bills payment through digital channels. Impose additional charges of Rs10 per bill for payment through cash. Give cashback of Rs10 per bill for payment through digital channels. No benefit for bills payments through cheques.

Sir, Consider complete Income Tax Exemption to Cancer patients suffering Malignant Cancer .etc... Govt introduce Term Insurance to cancer patients for helping dependents.

respected madam, i am 50 years old without job for the last 15 years mumbai city, covered under the disablities act 2016 with severe disablity. have to support old parents and very senior fly members. request that deductions for purchase of disablility items as well as doctors expenses be given deductions from income. raise the savings bank / fixed deposit account exemption limit rebates for the disabled for local train pass all class. give us financial independence. thank you

Please strengthen our police department to give attention to reduce crime in country. Especially in urban and semi urban regions where people come in very large scale in seek of their basic need to survive.

Respected madam, I am proud tax payer from IT sector which is deprived of many labour law related benefits compared to other private sector employees.Though general perception about IT employee is that we earn more, but in reality our salaries are almost same as other private sector employee.Moreover we do not have any union to fight abuses by employers.Thus request you to consider our helpless situation and provide more relaxation in terms of income tax and other benefits.Thanking you
