In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

Support sought from Financial Ministry to save the sinking Cashew Industry  Withdrawal of Import Duty  Waiver of penalties and interest on the Principal amount to reduce the liability  Restructuring the Eroded Working Capital to Working Capital Term Loan.  Support for running accounts with additional funding as soft loans  Funds for Automation/ Modernization of the Cashew Processing Units

Hon FM we appreciate all the policies pertaining to ease of doing business and automation process. My suggestion pertains to demat of physical share cert This issue remains common for all the married female sh.holder. In a situation where the shares are held in a maiden name and if we have to to get it dematted into current name is married name, the co's are insisting affidavit. This should be stopped as PAN will have the req info (BOTH NAMES) or marriage cert. Unnec papr sh b avoided?

Reward Taxpayer By Inviting Them ( Random selection) to Events Of National Pride Like Republic Day Parade, 15th August, Padma Award Function SElect one form Each slab-- This will further encourage Tax Compliance-- 2. Tax Agriculture Income--starting from a Higher slab 3. Customs Clearnce for IMPORTERS is a pain in the neck.Cut down Duty Slabs to just one or Two and let the goods be cleared on self Declaration. Put Heavy Penalties for IRregularities found in Random CHECKS

Sir/Madam My opinion is government stops indirect food subsidy and introduce direct food subsidy to the consent who are all crop farmer and saving their food grains for family consumption for a year.Introduce Farmer Rice Bowl Scheme to the farmer benefit for financially. Detail pdf attached This is nothing but central government food subsidy directly paid to their account of farmers those who interested to hold food grains for family consumption for a year.

There should be seperate courts for politicians as in public courts(hogh court,supreme court),it takes years to settle case and corrupt politicians remain free and continue corruption if there are seprate courts for theses category of people INDIA can be corruption free. This should be implemented to earliest.

Respected Madam, 1. Real estate is major sources of generating black money. Permit property registration at higher/lower than circle rates and levy stamp duty as follows: Applicable Stamp duty = Stamp Duty at standard circle rate + 10 % * stamp duty rate *(difference between declared property rate – circle rate per unit area) 2. Government take a strong decision health, education Economic, political democracy, and social environment Developing to development for national. Give good service for common people, bank sector and Hospital, government office. Indian smoll holder Farmars give home lon till two lakh for bank to help government.

The claim of Rs.21.26 Cr to be settled against approved and qualified Grant in aid for Mechanisation and Process Automation of Cashew Industry under 12th plan scheme is pending for disbursement for want of adequate funds from the Government. Current year also against a budget allocation of Rs. 4 cr. only Rs.1 cr. has been released.
