In case of revision of EPS on actual wages based on Court verdicts the arrears should be exempted from IT as employee makes payment to EPFO on contribution difference with Interest from the employee. Arrears are notional only. FM may also consider exempting the complete leave encashed on Superannuation of PSU employees (currently Rs 3 Lakhs only is exempted from IT) as it is a result of the long years of service contributed by them and needs to be rewarded with Tax Exemption.

Problem: In Kerala we have 44 rivers and almost six month continuous rain. However, drinking water shortage is acute. There is no mega projects to collect rain water and distribute this water to common man. Suggestion: Construct mega tanks above rivers as well as lakes and other backwater facilities and distribute this to common man. This can be extended to other states also. We could even export safe rainwater and earn foreign currencies. Benefit: Safe drinking water, less diseases ets.

Please make cloth pads and menstrual cups more accessible to women and girls. The waste generated by the plastic pads sold by multinationals contribute to landfills. Do not encourage free giving away of pads at schools as it leads to blocked drains or toxic fumes through incinerators

Respected Mam, Bandipur and neighborhood forest are expanding forest under slogan "Save forest by growing forest". Pl allocate more funds for such ideas . Due to forest fire we have lost cover. Also connect CSR with MANREGA , to reforest buffer zones. This will create lot of productive job opportunity. Positive impact of MANREGA in the long term. Expand this idea to all forest areas which are stressed.

Dear Madam, I suggest a flagship project for the additional income generation of the households. The Indian house holds have lot of people tied to their duty - such as looking their kids/seniors or just not willing to go out and work. So, if we can utilise these idle workforce by rehabilitating them, it would be a treasure hit. I have already submitted a proposal in MyGov and I am just forwarding it for your kind consideration as a pdf attachment.
