Sir According to me we are on a verge of end of resources so it is the demand of nature to control the population. So as like China we should also think over it and make hard rules over the two child policy.

Very senior citizens find it hard to do compliances. Even going and getting their return of income is difficult. As such the basic exemption limit for very senior citizens may be enhanced to Rs 20 lakh. This will give a big relief for most senior citizens. Further the assessing officer/CBDT may be given power to exempt a person to get his aadhar linked to PAN in cases where the assessee is sick or hospitalized or not in a mobile position and some correction is needed in either of them.

Over the years we all have become very sensitive about environment, yet every year we see news reports of the number of budget copies printed and distributed. I doubt if all elected members read them or not ! To get over this, please make this the last budget with so many copied being printed Henceforth, please suggest to have e-documents to save trees -> paper -> environment

For handicapped persons, section 80U provides for a deduction of Rs.1 lakh to severely disabled persons and Rs.50,000/- to other disabled persons. It is suggested that 90% of the gross total income of severely disabled person should be allowed as deduction and 40% of gross total income for other disabled persons be allowed as deduction. Disabled persons would have earned many many times more if they were normal. After paying disability tax to God, what they earn may please be not charged to tax

SUGGESTION 4/9: Army personnel posted to guard the borders should be given an extra allowance of Rs.20000 per month as honorarium for their uncompromising vigil and attention to protect the 135 crore population of our country as they sacrifice their family life to do so and therefore incentive is a must, else we all will be committing sins. Moreover, they work at sub-zero temperatures mostly.Does it not deserve a special pay which none of us deserve?Let us be considerate to our guardians/soldiers

Being a GST Consultant, I am of the opinion that GST data collected by GSTN through Annual Returns can be gainfully used for getting idea about GDP contributions made by manufacturing and service sector. Current controversies about correctness of GDP data can be greatly avoided through the crosschecks applied on conventional GDP data with the use of readily available statistics of these two major sectors of the Economy.
