Please allocate fund for providing world class internship and training to all young doctors and please take steps to retain all Doctors in India. The FMGE exams conducted by NBE is out of context and out of the world, it does not sync with Indian medical conditions or education . It is not designed to test the skills , aptitude or knowledge of a student but to show off the high and intimidating high standards of the examining Board, NBE. Not even the most brilliant students and professors will pass this exam with no syllabus or transparency Many students don't pass even after 5 attempts and there are complaints regarding FMGE exams conducted by NBE. Many students pass the prestigious PLAB and USMLE and go abroad. This is against the spirit of Atma Nirbhar Bharat . An uniform minimum pay structure for doctors and interns required .

I export software Services to US, UK, Singapore. I can export more if you listen to my simple straightforward demands. I am trying to build a team and expand. Other country government through NGOs are directly paying to interns to work for companies, so we small software companies(less than 10 employee) get free employees, interns get paid and chance to learn, and in future we can hire the ones who perform well. We do not care of degree and percentage on paper, but the actual skills... We will interview and evaluate candidates ourself. Some guys has knowledge of mobile apps, other knows web or UX, AI, VR... We choose based on requirement and knowledge. teach and put them on client project. It does costs us time and efforts to teach them. If they learn n leave it is our loss. I think what government is currently doing is they decide what to teach(some skill which is common) and they pay trainers and expect companies to hire these learnt candidates... Clearly Broken process.

Sir, a few suggestions 1) Make tax slab more simplify e.g in the UK (where I live) tax-free allowance £8-10,000 between £ 10-22,000 -10% tax £ 22- 36,000- 22% 36,000-100,000- 40% (80-90% people comes in, up to this category) only 10% or so above 100,000 income 120,000-150,000- lose personal allowance >150,000- 45% In India up to 15 lakhs too many slabs, simplified in two or three slabs - 5, 15, 25 % 2) Increase tax limit to minimum 7.5 lakhs as the inflation has increased too much and income has not increased that much esp post covid lots of people still not gone back to the previous stage. 3) deep discount (full tax relief) in private health insurance premium as health cost has gone up and those paying for private insurance do not burden on Govt so they should be rewarded. 4) High-end luxury items e.g car >1Cr increase GST 2-5% on that. 5) Give companies incentives, if they provide a good internship program.

My Idea is how to sorting real BPL and saving PDS rice,You have to one order ,just ordering all the financial banks who gives loan .That in the time of loan Upto ₹50000 fifty thousand one can get loan on BPL card after that BPL card holders do not getting Loan after₹50 thousand. And you have to link PAN card to Ration Card. BSNL can be one machine for money making if you want by selling 40 percent share to public and make money for rebuild like profitable JIO
