India has a huge problem of children smoking tabacco and consuming other harmful products. But because we earn a great revenue and employment from this sector so we can't altogether ban it at once. So, my idea is to put vending machines for these tabacco and alcoholic products and connect these machines to aadhar card data, so only a person who gave his aadhar number can buy it. By this, those who are underage can't buy and use tabacco and alcoholic products. But still some elders can provide them by purchasing it and selling on higher price to kids but this problem can also be solved by limiting the buying capacity per aadhaar card. For example a person can only buy 3 packet in a day etc. and alot of other things can also be implemented along with it like sending text msgs to the family of buyers etc. The expenses of vending machines should be managed by the product makers so govt. don't have to face unnecessary expenses.

Namaste Pradhan Mantri ji and Vitta Mantri Ji, In my view our budget should be focused on "Uplifting Bharat as Society". First step to this is an "educated society". We need to target 100% literacy rate. We are completing 75 years of independence and our literacy rate is still very low. This appears one of major reason of un-employment and poverty. This area needs "war scale effort". Can we allocate "the biggest share" for 2022-23 budget for Education. We can think of making education a fundamental duty along with right. Second major problem Bhartiya society suffers from High Population. We will soon run out of resources to support this population. High population also, like un-education, is one of the factor contributing to various difficulties our society faces like un-employment, poverty, social disparity, crime etc. We need to control our population before it is too late. If our 2022-23 budget can give special focus on these two areas, it will be very helpful. Dhanyawaad.
