My suggestion is to our honorable Finance Minister that in this Union budget, if you want to control illegal acts, Make E-Way Bill Generation Compulsory for all Sales Above Rs. 1,000/- and start collecting 30% Advance Income Tax against Cash Deposit by Company in Banks. And Also Make the Government create a Law for 5% Income Tax Deduction from Salary every month and Transfer it to the Tax Department. The 1st above would make it very difficult to generate any substantial Hard Cash, so no way to cheat or defraud either the Seller or the Government. Plus the 2nd above would make it more difficult for the Salaried with malafide intention to hide their income source. And as Advance Income Tax @ 5% per month is deducted, the person is bound to file their returns and pay the balance if the Tax is more or claim a refund if the tax is less than what's paid.

Increase the 80QQB deduction to 6 lacs. A society that cannot encourage creators/authors cannot succeed in the long run.

Goverment need to appoint officer's/deparments in each district of the country, whose main work is to analyse problems/issues faced by the private industries and provide supports to them for growing their business, which will help in employement as well as in GDP contributiion. Officers and department is liable to report to the government on periodic basis that how much industries/business houses opened during that year and how much employement generated by them. There are so many small busniess who have great ideas but due to lack of support/facilities they are not in position to encash them. Officer's/Deparments having authority to resolve the technical issues in paper work specially with different goverment departmental who do not have enough resources to resolve. In short a single clearance desk policy (on which no other department having right to raise questions) with support, accountability, integrity to improve the private business

Respected Madam, Kind Attn: Shri.Nirmala Sitharaman-ji, My Suggestions for the financial development for our Nation for the Budget 2022-2023 as follows: 1.To reduce the use of cash payment & coins , Govt. can promote the digital payment all areas. This create major accountable for all the items and taxes also. 2.To reduce the GST 12% (6CGST+6SGST) for medicines into 8%. Because now the all the people which are need medicines for health and immunity support. 3.To promote E-bikes with Subsidy of 50% from Govt of India. 4.To create a department for AASHAS & Health Care Takers. I feel we have the department for Doctors & Nurse. No one is considering this workers. 5.Prime Minister Youth Employment Programme which is to be make easier approach for training & as well as loan approach. 6.LIC is an govt organisation but the premium is with GST is not fair. GST of each premium which gives morethan 100 income to govt. But this is big burden for all the policy holders.

My 2 cents,Tax rebate on performance linked pay - In the organised sector, there should be a provision of Individual performance based pay. An individual performance as evaluated by the organization should decide the amount paid in this component. And this component should not be counted in the taxable income or there should be tax rebate on the same. This is to encourage the individual to be more productive in ones job and to develop better and more productive human resources. This can be applied to all Blue, gray and white collor jobs. Better incentivizing health insurance-Population should be incouraged by giving better benefit(beyond 80D) to make them more responsible for their health & insurance. Some more incentive will help. EPFO is seating on so much money. But the website and interface are pathetic. At the moment when EPFO has a deadline for nomination, but the site is not working. Govt need to invest in better software & IT infrastruture.
