Respected Nirmala Mam My suggestions are under If you consider 1. Tax slab must be change, income up to 5 Lakhs must be Tax free is possible. 2. Standard Deduction must be raise from Rs 50000 to 1 Lakh is possible. 3. Limit of Deduction under Section 80C must be change from 1.5 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs. If you recommend these three suggestions, The individual will spend more because he has more money in his hand, and Govt will also keep more money as a Provident Fund.

Please introduce online voting system based on Aadhaar linked mobile number with OTP. YOU WILL GET 100% polling. Real and needy government will get elected with full majority instead of using 60 to 70% mandate to elect new government.

To increase the percentage of people who are paying TAX(especially Income TAX) there some provision of some kind of concessional service. These services can include: 1. Refund of some percentage of Toll Tax if they travel. 2. Some benefit in form of concession on Medical insurance of elders. 3. Some kind of Coupons which can be used to purchase of some goods(which in turn can help in getting the money back to consumption section) Even if this benefit is Rs. 500. This may help in increase in TAX coverage.

Dear finance ministry as per your new initiative of inviting ideas and suggestions for Union budget which is very good step and a good sign of democratic government and I want to add my suggestions and ideas which are related to rural devlopment and future banking in India. My suggestions are as :- After independence GOI has put many efforts to develop rural india but still we are far behind than other nations in this area so i suggest GOI to develop rural india like other nations. Today in rural areas there are many fields where GOI need to invest. Like water supply, Sewage problem , better roads , agriculture water supply , police chowkis and most important Panchyat Raj because in many cases Panch of village not capable to perform his duties well. There are so many loopholes in Panchyat raj. I also want to add that public sector banks are the backbone of india and safe financial house for poor and uneducated people of india so we should not privatise PSU banks strenth these banks
