Sir

Sir Nameskar! Your' Man ki Baat Program' has become my lifeline as it is of much utility in our system and surely provides an impetus to particularly youths to work tor India and for societies which makes our life towards a goal post. But as for myself is concerned,am very fond of healthy criticism rather than showering praise despite being in good going on as healthy criticism always pays society and praise of an individual every now and then makes that personality a bit lazy. Moreover good work done does not require to be always mentioned and is self explanatory and in the bargain pays laurels without prior information. In this context my concern is that in India the political parties are throwing salvos on each other and wasting time and attention of common man is intolerable and disgusting. If something is or gas been done under prescribed limits should be refrained from criticism or being pin pointed. So it must be stopped as there are many issues which san attention. Stop this

The grampanchayat to conduct similar programme Mann ki baat. In presense of gram sevak and talati with the priority agendas set by government and local need. presently the works are carried out without planning. Example Task B is completed and later to complete task A task B is modified or demolished. which leads to remaking of task A. which is cost effective. It is painful when the wealth is wasted just in lack of planning.

OBC reservation well before Panchayat elections in J&K
Hon'ble PM
Sir,
Most respectfully, submitted that Hon’ble LG has said that Panchayat Elections will be held during October-November as per schedule. However, holding Panchayat election without implementing OBC Reservation in J&K will not be favourable as OBC will not get Reservation in Panchayat election as per Article 243D(6) and 243T(6), until OBC Reservation is implemented in J&K, as such BJP will also not get desired number of representatives elected in panchayats, probably in the Valley.
Therefore, it is suggested that OBC reservation may kindly be implemented in J&K well before holding of forthcoming Panchayat and Municipality elections, so that reservation can be provided to OBCs in the Pachanyat election as per Article 243D(6) & T(6) and desired number of representatives on BJP mandates are elected from OBC community in Panchayats and Municipalities in both the region.
With Regards

A nationwide movement called Bhartiya Jalkumbhi Pariyojana to utilize water hyacinth
We have celebrated Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav with much gusto. But there is a portion of our country which have not attained freedom yet. The freshwater bodies of our country - Bharat Ma ki Rakt Vaahikaen - are under the colonisation of water hyacinth, the world's worst aquatic weed.
Water hyacinth cannot be eradicated completely. But partial eradication is possible through utilisation. This can be achieved through rural technologies to make pulp products, handmade paper, notebooks, lampshades, manure, briquette (fuel) and other eco-friendly products. They could be exported too. 97% of the waterbodies are in the rural areas as per the census of Ministry of Jal Shakti. Thus, our waterbodies will become clean and alternate livelihood & additional income will be generated in the rural areas supporting Vocal for Local, Atmanirbhar Bharat, Make in India, Circular Economy and Nature-based Solutions.

Sorry for the few typos. I meant for economically weaker people the Govt shall give free dosage and charge those who can afford. Health is wealth, India is the youngest nation in the world, if we build a strong nation too, we achieve our goal “Vishwa Guru” faster. Dhanyawaad Modi Ji
