Chariot pulling is the team building activity done in Hindu temple festivals. Unfortunately we had many accidents in the past due to some causes. It is our responsibility to ensure reoccurrence of similar accidents are eliminated. In all developing countries management systems start with implementation of reactive management then slowly it turns into proactive depending on the availability of budget funds. If over head power lines caused the accident we must ensure power lines are taken underground. If this action is done in that particular location of the accident the action is called corrective action. If this action is done in all the places wherever Chariots are pulled that action is called preventive action. Are we ensuring all such incidents are investigated & recommendations are implemented. Proactive governments should monitor ensure its compliance. If responsibly & accountability is missing then 4 brothers everybody, somebody, anybody, nobody - will play their role.

sir, I request u to as we doing very well in DBT .govt should take decision and make law for contact labour working in various sector of government that is central and also in state government . my suggestion is as govt giving pmkisan Mandhan yojna DBT to farmer same is implemented to contract labor so the middleman which is contractor can be eliminated. government giving 20000 to 25000 per month to per worker bt this middleman only pay them 5000 to 10000 and all blackmoney is generated by making mechanism govt can easily give justice to conract labour. please my request whoever is reading do support and justice us. this will be historical decision of government if they put step forward. without wasting single rupee or without any new budget allocation.

ours is a great nation! but the gap between poorest and richest is unimaginable. this should be thought about immediately and a concrete step should be taken to reduce this difference. we have achieved a lot in many things but its of less value if the downtrodden are not beneficiaries of our progress. Jai Hind!

PMAY-G is a welfare scheme launched by the central govt. But it is irony that many people have been deprived of having a house under this scheme. Hence, steps to be taken to sanction funds for them with out fail
