Citizen charter is only way to push govt officials to work. Please be reminded delay in clearing file is worse than corruption as it stops the growth of our nation and cumulatively such officers are more than the pure corrupt ones. Why not make corruption legal for doing work? The govt officials are not satisfied with their salary and in any case they clear files only when bribes are paid so Pl make corruption legal for fast growth. This is sarcastic contrarian view because our PM is not interested in curbing corruption at all

Cont..Suggestion…..Hon.Mr.Prime Minister Namaskar .please allow me to draw your attention about some serious issues regarding syllabus of the paper-General studies-I of the UPSC CSE PRELIMS EXAM 2023. Point 1- As per Oxford’s dictionary/Cambridge org./Collin’s dictionary too “ the word‘ Syllabus’ is all about LIST OF what topics -subjects-books are INCLUDED and a syllabus is an outline or summary of the subjects to be covered in a course to be studied in a particular course, that leads to an exam. NOW PLEASE GO THROUGH PAGE NO.12 line number 9-11 of the said syllabus it is written that “ CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT SPEND A LOT OF TIME PREPARING GENERAL STUDIES FROM THEORY BOOKS AS MOST QUESTIONS COME FROM TOPICS/ISSUES IN THE NEWS” NOW can HON.UPSC office explain-The rationale of lines, which are integral part of the syllabus that “ in our syllabus WHY IS THE NEED TO ISSUE DIRECTIVES AND CLEAR INSTRUCTION ABOUT WHAT “ THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ASK IN THE EXAM ?” It needs immediate correction🙏🙏
