Respected CEO Sir,
This app is already able to connect all of Indians on the portal. So, first of all really a marvelous job by the department team.
But as you ask for the suggestions to improve the next version. I will share some of my Ideas & thoughts for both mobile and the website.
1. It would be great if we can categorize users by the profession tags like doctors, engineers, teachers etc. So Gov can classify and send relevant questions to the right persons.Check unrelated answers by so many really a time waste. General data vs Profession data.
2. A little monetization earnings for users who do research work on a specific task. Because all rewards are given on competition basis to the winner only. But all do work to finally posting. So it will attract more professionals to the app. Because time is money.
3. Polls and surveys on the basis of latest trend.
4. fun sharing like jokes, quotes, sayari etc
5. Random questions on latest topics.
Sir, I hope you like my ideas. Bye

Hello sir, now a days online fraud bhut jyada ho rha h chunki abhi apna desh digital India ki trf agreshit h evm UPI, online payment options se online ya tellifonic fraud hone ki sambhavna aay din hi bni rhti h isiliye Mera suggestion yah h ki..
1) 18 yr se kam umra logo ko online payment like UPI evm internet banking ki suvidha na diya jaay.
2) 18 + yr me sabhi logo ko banking ka ek chhota easy digital payment se sambandhit exam conduct karya jaay , ydi koi fir bhi fail hota h usme to un sabhi ko keval offline banking ki hi suvidha jaari rakha jaay.
Uprokt diye suggestion se kaafi hadd tak online digital banking fraud ko kam kiya ja skta h.
Thanks!
Anurag Kumar Gupta

Respected Sir,
People think that we can't change the society by only our perfectness. If everyone think like this nothing will change forever. My request for Citizens , don't think that you are alone for making change. Every Citizen is a Change Maker in their own way. Thank you so much for the opportunity Sir.🇮🇳Jai hind.
Most respectfully,
D.Rajyalakshmi.

When we look past the buzzy, superficial use of the phrase, we find that it describes an exceptionally complex, multi-factor construct. Without a thoughtful and science-based consideration of customer experience (CX), it’s almost impossible to create and deploy the most powerful and compelling experiences.
