Namaste At least those with at least Changemaker Level Five should be allowed an ID for their small convenience. It gives them a facility to enter certain places and understand things. That will increase the interest. For example railway station area, school, institutions, important places etc. This is just my opinion.

citizen Centric portal designed by Govt Officer. citizens not allowedto design citizen Centric portal. citizens send email not replied by citizen Centric portal. it is a basis teaching to citizens to learn how to become dishonest. citizens learn and start tax evasion. not a single problem solved by this citizens Centric portal. officer do not read comments of citizens on citizens Centric portal. This show citizens are slave in india. No democracy. Britishers ruling India. No a single idea selected from mygov. This is called नौटंकी

Collect and recycle electronics and repulse them to create digital libraries throughout India. As a child in enjoyed government libraries. Now it time to create digital libraries and make in available in cities and rural areas. Use repurposed electronics to help children learn through digital media using interactive videos and animation. This helps in electronics waste recycling and increase electronics chip availability. Production of electronic chips is good but reuse of electronic chips is even better. Reduction of electronic waste is very important. Separate collection of electronic waste is required

Combine employment exchange platform and skill development platforms. Based skills required by the industry help unemployed people to get skilled and meet industry demands. Bring all Indian YouTube trainers to the reseller platform to train people in skills in native Indian languages. In my experience as trainer for more than 2 decades I found that skills taught in native languages help learn faster
