कुछ दिन पहले दिल्ली में फ्लैटफार्म पर भगदड में कुछ लोगो की जान चली गई तो कुछ लोग घायल हो गये। इस प्रकार की दुर्घटना सिर्फ कुंभ मेला के कारण ही नही, हर बडे शहरो में बहुत बार देखने को मिलता है एक बार मुंबई में भी फ्लैटफार्म पर भागदौड के कारण कई की जान चली गई थी। इस भागदौड में बुजूर्ग और महिलाओ और छोटे छोटे बच्चो को कठिनाई झेलना पढता हैं। मेरे विचार में रेलवे में भी नियम बनाने से समस्या का कुछ हल हो सकता है । (1):-- रेलगाडी में हर प्रकार की श्रेणी में ए सी से जनरल टिकट तक जितनी सीट होगी उतनी ही टिकट दिया जाय। (2):--हवाई अड्डे की तरह टिकट लिये हुए व्यक्ति को ही गाडी आने दो घंटे पहले ही फ्लैटफार्म पर आने अनुमति होनी चाहिये। (3):-- हवाई यात्रा के अनुसार सामान के लिये भी कुछ शुल्क लेना चाहिये । (4);-- गाडी के अन्दर सीसी कैमरे की भी व्यवस्था होनी चाहिये। (5):-- यदि किसी गाडी को कारणवश निर्धारित फ्लैटफार्म से दूसरे फ्लैटफार्म में बदलना हो तो कम से कम आधे घंटे पहले सूचित करना चाहिये या आधे घंटे अतरिक्त समय देना चाहिये।
