The poor performance by DRDO/HAL to supply aircraft and engines require tough decisions. if Turkey could design a 5th Gen Fighter, why is DRDO unable to do the same?
Perhaps it is time to privatise and also recruit good engineers from abroad to help fulfill this critical need.
These experts can be paid International salaries and be made accountable for results.
Deadwood in DRDO/HAL should be compulsorily retired. The savings on their salaries will mitigate the cost of obtaining foreign experts who perform.
5th Gen Tech has been around for a long time. if DRDO/HAL cannot get their act together after so many months - They probably never will.
issuing Tenders which DRDO will supervise will not solve the problem.

Respected people,
My suggestions are regarding the Supply chain or value chain management. Let us start with the example of the pharmaceutical sector. There are sectors and segments in it. For eg. The nature of the medicines like liquid( Syrup), Semi solid, Tablets, capsules and the composition like one salt or many etc.
I mean to convey that there are many sectors like psychological, antibiotics, antidotes etc. And there are further segments based on the nature of the medicines. Now , categorisation is needed at each and every level. The packaging differs as the bottles or leaflets could be used. Similar to that all the sectors could needed a lot of refining, regulations and reforms.
I will give my suggestions soon. Thank you

Respected people, I am willing to contribute my suggestions towards the various market places. Let us start with the various commercial malls or shops or buildings. For eg. DLF Emporio( South Delhi) , Vegas Mall ( West Delhi). Let us first compare these two examples. These are my observations. The first mall that is in South Delhi has luxurious brand shops and high notch price based accessories. But are there basic amenities shops based on the affordable prices and comfortable clothing brands?..We should never judge anyone based on the outlook. Anyways, what exactly is the rent for the respective Mall and the criteria for the allocation?.. Means it could be based on the area or location and what is the reason for that?
Now , the second mall that is situated in West Delhi but what exactly is the criteria. The layering of the shops means they are on the levels on what criteria? Nobody could be willing to spend the extra money on the same product and amenities.
Thank you.

Only exchange of idea among different people may get solution to any problem .So MAN KI BAT programme is continuously going .Where varius aspect. discuss.Being expert teacher I like to high light the topics PARIKSA KI CHARCHA.The BURACRAT family right now seen the great poor parform of examination .So they have attempt taken to make it fare , several set questions they made and by lottery this question right now faced great problems. In the beginning of that even our WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE students not faced even 1 hour for alloted even 4 hours examination. So what should be the suggestion .The suggestion do not feel nurvaous first read the question papers two or three times carefully .Attempt the question with brave in mind ,process step wise to tackle the problem then you see like BASIC PROGRAMMING one step to next step gradually going on , automatically the third step has come in to your mind and ultimately your desired goal but untill steo wise movement no alternative solution.
