Respected Sir, I am writing to bring to your kind attention the need for better crowd management at religious gatherings such as the Kumbh Mela, temple visits, and other large-scale spiritual events. Over the years, we have witnessed unfortunate incidents of stampedes and overcrowding at various religious sites, leading to loss of lives and severe chaos. To prevent such tragedies and ensure a safe and smooth experience for devotees, I sincerely request you to implement a mandatory online booking system for attending major religious gatherings and visiting temples. This system would offer several benefits, including: 1. Prevention of Overcrowding – By allocating fixed slots for visitors, authorities can control the number of attendees at any given time, reducing the risk of stampedes. 2. Better Security Management – Maintaining a record of visitors allows for improved safety measures and helps law enforcement agencies in ensuring smooth operations. 3. Improved Pilgrim Experience

Dear Sir, It was a very sad tragic situation at Delhi railway stations.. Airports are good for any developed country But for us with such a huge population Railway must be on super priority.. We must think out of the box solutions * Most stations are in the middle of the cities now since population increased must think of something different.. * Shift / build new stations outskirts with separate corridor from city to new stations * Existing stations.. double decker train /Double decker platform *Coaches with wider gates *Rather making long train journeys..Spilt journey in 2/3 cities with proper connecting trains so turn around of trains will be faster.. *We must have more escalator in stations for going up and down both and more lifts.. * Bigger /widen platforms you built but if coach gates are narrow. Crowd situation bound to happen.. it is like bottle neck.. Like Road.. now Railway development must be in super super super priority looking at our huge population.

Dear Sir,, why do the frequent stampedes happening ? what would be the reasons behind it? what r the actions bring taken after a commissioned inquires? So many innocent lives get extinguished without any mistakes of them but just believing our systems which most of the time never mend it's way, execution& operation. A officer/minister would come on T.V. & console to nation. Then again a repetition is waiting for & so on our vibrant democracy would go on. TRAGEDY AFTER TRAGEDY, MISHAP AFTER MISHAP AS OUR NATURAL COMPANION IS GOING. Our psychology is very much detrimental & must be dealt with. Why a designated platform for a designated train is changed at dead end of time when a Rly stn is Fully packed with commuters? It is a very dangerous precedent which should be banned against coaching trains whatever routes compulsion may be. I have seen many passengers crying & rushing with kids & luggages without any fault of them just by listening to the frequent changing platform announcement Rly

Investments in rail infra are great - much required too. But, have we done enough to critically examine & revamp the age old systems, processes, & operations? Could the surveillance/punitive measures/law-enforcement be made effective to prevent people from defiling the properties? Do we really need to have the concept of platform tickets? How can we avoid the last-minute platform-change announcements? Would it be better instead to hold the inbound train for sometime? Is there a critical need to review the halt-times? 1-2 minute halt-times (Vande-Bharat) cause extreme panic; especially with heavy luggage, boarding & de-boarding is an uphill task & a huge risk of injury, more so if you are travelling with elderly & kids. People just can’t have a minute of peace during travel; they flood/block the gates in advance, further compounding the problem. Lastly, do we a have a time-bound investigation system that fixes accountability, prosecutes the culprit, & awards the harshest punishments?
