Hundreds of mohalla clinics were started by AAP government in Delhi. Many of these became non functional and many got involved in scams and corruption. The money which was to be spent to upgrade the health system of capital was wasted in experiments. Now, with the change in guards in Delhi, there are talks to change the name of mohalla clinics. However, if the basic conceptual flaw is not resolved, it will not improve and money will go down the drains further. It is suggested to get the mohalla clinics attached as extension posts of some main hospitals. The OPD patients of the general physicians shall be checked at mohalla clinics. It will reduce the OPD burden of that particular hospital. Only the patients requiring some tests or surgeries shall report at main hospital. This will improve the overall working of the hospital as well

Govt should teach students from class 5 till 9 regarding first aid during heart attacks. As many reports point to 1 people dying due to a heart attack out of 4 people.

Food fraud was done on larger scale to earn huge profit and it was done with secrecy. Many European countries heavily depends on packed and canned food hence it became difficult to find such food scam run on high larger scale.
