Pharmacy Graduate: These graduates should be trained to handle GENERIC Medicines business and advised to open shop all over the country and Doctors should be advised to write prescriptions with Generic names. I think for this even Ministry of Chemical & Fert. also provide financial help. Details can be worked out with the help of Pharmacy Institutes. Not much investment is required but a big relief to many.

Graduates in AGRICULTURE & ANIMAL HUSBANDRY: These two graduates should be encouraged to start business in rural areas for which Panchayat should provide all necessary help & in return they should provide free service to farmers. These two graduates should be stationed at two different villages and group of villages should be allotted to them to provide advice to farmers related to their field. They should advise farmers not only about crop related issues but also rural related business to enhance their income. They should be allowed to run a store for farming related items including medicine for livestock. Soil testing of all the farming land under their jurisdiction should be made mandatory.
