सादर प्रणाम आदरणीय। प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं राजस्थान से विकास शर्मा सेकंड ईयर का छात्र हूं और मैं जयपुर का निवासी हूं और वीआईटी कॉलेज जयपुर में पढ़ता हूं। मेरे पिताजी एक साधारण किसान है और वह अपनी खेती से मेरी कॉलेज की फीस भरते हैं मेरी कॉलेज की एक्चुअल फीस 50000 से भी कम है पर कॉलेज वाले 1 साल का 60,000 से भी ऊपर फीस लेते हैं तो यह मैं अफोर्ड नहीं कर पाता कर्जा लेना पड़ता है सेकंड ईयर के एग्जाम नहीं होते उससे पहले कॉलेज वाले थर्ड ईयर की फीस जमा करते हैं तब सेकंड ईयर के एग्जाम लेते हैं यह अन्याय है सरासर हम बच्चों के साथ इससे हम डिप्रेशन में जा रहे हैं दिन-ब-दिन और गुस्सा आता है सुसाइड करने का वही कैसे पढ़ाई करें कॉलेज वाले डिमोटिवेट कर देते हैं। आप तो इस देश के राजा है आप ही प्रजा की बात सुन सकते हैं आप ही इस चीज से प्रजा को मुक्त करा सकते हैं मैं चाहता हूं कि आप एक बार अपनी मन की बात इस चीज के बारे में भी शेयर करें और इस चीज का खुलासा करें । हम भी आईआईटी कॉलेज करना चाहते थे लेकिन फीस न होने के कारण कोचिंग नहीं की इसलिए प्राइवेट कॉलेज से बीटेक कर रहे हैं
