Rules are changed day in and day out with fumble and lead to harassment of common man.corruption at lower hierarchy has decreased but simultaneously has manifolded at higher level. Voice of people is being ignored and complainants seeking justice are dismayed and dejected. Public portals are being given seldom importance.Court process is lengthy and needs revival
