This is about one of the unsung heroes of our country from a small village in Rajasthan. A very poor man has done treatment of thousands of Rabies patients without charging a single penny. No one bothered about him and his family.

I am sometimes surprised that even after higher payments with grants to university & well known institute professors, are we getting those much quality means are we getting value of that money. I don't think so. Atleast 90% of public money earned from income tax are wasted on these people. Even after too much payments, we need to give contract to outsiders. Are these sound good even after so much hard earned pubic money invested on these people. I request to improve education method & system from the primary to get proper return of hard earned public money invested on such professors and educational institutions by giving them large grant. Improve education system so no need to conduct entrance examinations to give admissions will result in decrease of inflation.

Industry experts with 10 years academic experience need to allowed for PhD guide to maintain quality of PhD status. Any eligible probation candidate can't be allowed to have a PhD guide ship. This sounds like " Apne pair bachane k liye logo ko uljao". So please think on the recent UGC decision.

Mankibaat - U talk of vikas, vishwaguru, people to people connect, zero defect, zero effect that sounds like ages, without a single measure in public, where is India, where is the world & what will India achieve year wise in amrit kaal.
Let's talk of merit ! begin with we the maliks. Tell us achievements of secretaries, directors, DGP, tughlaq collegium, teachers, Not seen any on what is their contribution to Nation as per vikas parameters. Not 1 report card. stop calling them public servants. In Pvt sector all of directors & board meeting evaluation is out on paper & declared in the market. what about the largest , looters we the maliks.
My 7 generations denied e/thing by the state using gandy marji of BRA's gown declared me fail repeatedly after 90/100 , my merit , utility is being tested 24*7 . where is such test of babus. 0/100 topper. Not 1 pariksha pe charcha addressed it .wonder Y exams at all. Certify all of BRA clan & places born with PHds in their birth certificate.

We see lots and lots of opposition leaders are being raided by Income tax, ED and CBI. Our question is for discrimination of the category. Why not bureaucrats? Cumulatively bureaucrats have ill gotten wealth multiple times of politicians. But your political compulsions have left the bureaucrats scot free. We the Janta face corruption from babus and bureaucrats not the leaders. Trust me PM sir, if govt starts catching the fishes in govt offices which are left right and Centre, your voters will be relieved more and they will vote for you more
