The government order issued must be implemented by the government staff whom it has been sent and with in ninety days the government staff must send report the state of the order implementation If the government does not receive the state of implementation of the order the government staff can be dismissed on the ground refused to implement the order Doesn't have knowledge and skills to implement the order Didn't perform his duties This alone change the system functioning properly and the government staff duty is to implement the government order

Sir, Please allow citizens from all over the country to submit anonymously when ever they come to know that Govt. money is being spent erroneously, so that effective steps can be taken up promptly to stop National wastage. e.g. surplus unspent fund is used almost every year to renovate rly station platforms even if not essential. In contrast , the residential rly quarters are not being maintained properly due to lack of proper fund .

Respected Modi Ji, Kindly consider urgenrly implementing much awaited Police Reforms in India. Let the Indian Police behave like the 'Dost Police' instead of some 'dreaded' force, as may be the case now. Your honour will kindly agree and appreciate that there is general lack of fearlessness and mutual trust among the people at large, when it comes to approaching the police, at least at local levels, should the need so arise. Sir, Need of the hour could be to usher in a regime ensuring proper confidence building. This also calls for furtherance of mutual trust and realistic hand shaking between the two. Sir, As is well known, it always takes two to clap. Thanks and Warmest Regards

As a professor my observation is on poor quality of academic writing by both students and teachers in universities an colleges. Plagiarism in one which UGC has taken note of. Other such problems are: no intext citations, improper or no introduction, illogical and poorly formatted content matter, improper conclusion. Even professors from reputed central universities and institutions commit these mistakes, then what about other institutions? My suggestions is to impart courses/training on academic writing to all starting from school education. At present academic writing is not emphasized in schools and colleges. Writing is taken granted and believed that everyone knows it. But it is not so. Very rarely people see how something is written, mostly it is seen that something is written. This poor state of affair in academic writing speaks poorly about our education system particularly our higher education. It needs course correction.
