Hon'ble Prime Minister of India,
The contribution by way of national permit fees from the the national permit vehicles from 2010 to 2023 ( as on 10-03-2023) was Rs 20914.23 crores. If we consider the collections through tolls, fuels charges, cess, resultant tax on movement of goods, GST etc the contributions to the economy is significant. But the social infrastructure to take care of lorry drivers, helpers and cleaners are highly inadequate. The Government may opt for pre-fabricated building option to provide fast construction of social assets like dormitory, wash room facilities, canteen, medical aid from Kashmir to Kerala under BOOT basis to create an excellent logistic management services in India. There may have automatic checking facilities, high-tech checking facilities, CCTV facilities, weighing bridge facilities, checking through trained dogs, etc. The industry can create significant employment options and huge inflow of direct and indirect taxes.

I am a social work student from Kerala, specializing in psychiatric social work. During this time, I came across a lot of people who faced mental health problems. One thing I observed was the stigma towards the mentally ill. The most distressing issue is that even family members of these people do not want them around and are trying to send them permanently to mental rehab facilities. In addition, people also have misconceptions about counseling. People think that counseling is only for mentally ill patients.
On this occasion, I request that the honorable prime minister take note of the situation and that the government put more effort into health care education to help solve the general misconceptions that are related to this field. I also request that the government spend more in the health sector and improve the quality and standards of mental health institutions and other care homes for the mentally challenged. This helps in the early diagnosis and treatment of mental illness.

Traditional Indian values holds that every element of the universe, is interrelated and that they are all influenced by the cosmic energy, the solar system, the stars, and the planets. With this in the backdrop, a 'Nakshatra Vatika' (Constellation Garden) was established at Assam University, Silchar On 01/01/2023. In accordance with the constellation and planet position, a total of 27 different species of creepers, vines, shrubs, and trees have been planted in this artificial forest. This is the first of its kind in any university in India.
Dignitaries attending the program said that the Vedic literature is very useful for us as well as for the entire world. The sages of ancient India, with the knowledge gained by through prolonged meditation have advised us to preserve the pristine state of the environment at all costs. Detailed scientific information about all the trees planted in the forest can be known by scanning the barcode with the mobile scanner.
