My wife created a 2 min CATCH video to explain. The SARFAESI, IBC are beautifully written to protect the interest of lender and buyer. Technically, they carry the cleanest title. But people don't trust our most trusted Institutions. If this Trust can be brought through 'Mann ki baat' that buying from banks is safe, it will create lot of awareness. This money will come back to circulation for credit growth. We'll be able to bring back at least 2-5 lakh crores to Banks. Most of these properties are in tier-2-3 towns and very affordable. Solves affordable housing problem also.

One through NDA becomes officer and the other one becomes a technical tradesman OR groupX In the OROP implemented recently both have been treated differently , it is in violation of trust we people of India has on your goodself and this govt. For both training expenses are borne by govt. of India. when an officer joins as a NDA cadet with 12th pass qualification he is lesser qualified than an XGroup technical tradesman who jobs after 3 years technical diploma , then his pension should also be lower than the technical tradesman diploma stream.. We don't understand why this double standard decision is taken and by whom . It is JCOs who lead from front in battle ground . please intervene . jai Hind
