Now most of the people who are having a bank Account have their CKYC ID. this policy can be bring into force that a person is having a credit balance in one Bank account in one bank and having a NPA account in another Bank, his Funds can be withheld until he clears the bank dues. presently In one bank right to Set Off is present where this can be done debit balance of loan Account (when due )can be adjusted against credit balance of Saving account. now with CKYC this should be bring as per policy so that defaulting rate of Bank borrowing could be controlled..

This is the cost of operations, which can get out of hand and can become potentially abusive because of the indispensable position when this activity is more or less monopolised based on concentration of servers. The way to address this must be bold and smart. Transaction fee shall be paid, but the platform itself would be nationalized entity. It is a service(not much different than printing, maintaining, safekeeping & protecting for conterfeiting of paper currency). The service revenue is nationalized (similar to RBI's profit). Server's shall be national. The work is done by trained citizens to maintain and operate the servers. All citizens are required to this job similar to service to nation, like the military. Like the draft(military conscription), abled citizens will be assigned to this service on a rotation basis

Control imports of electronics, coal fertilizers gold, oil and plastics 2. Agriculture dependency still and low industries and unemployment due to it and economic imbalance and corruption 3. Not improved R&D expenditure or innovations or improvement of govt infra for 30% Multi dimensional poor. 4. No improved drainage & sanitation or drainage's in villages 5. Still rail infra is very poor in some states wrto area or population to other states is biggest failure 6. we need more rail and roads in 70% villages and 80% people still effected by poor govt infra schools colleges and hospitals. 7. we don't need bullet trains but trains for not covered districts or blocks or mandals or roads not covered habitations and mandals or blocks not covered by 4 lane national highways. 8. we don't need smart cities but smart villages first
