During our Health System Immersion (HSI), We worked on learning about the Health system & learned about each & every Aspect of Health System Ranging from knowing about ASHA DIDI, ANM DIDI, Block level and District level Stakeholders. During this process we observed various challenges, various gaps in the working. One of the Major Challenges we saw was the unorganized meetings may it be Asha Diwas & Tuesday meetings. To create a learning atmosphere in the meetings & to strengthen the working of Asha Didi's & Anm's we initiated "Behaviour change" Tools in the meetings, of which the main component was "Chetna Geet". Including it Before starting the meetings & in the Morning with the hospital staff. We initially didn't get any support from the Stakeholders in the block, but we never lost hope. We with the help of DPM sir, CS sir & by both of their support, we were able to start our initiative in all the 21 blocks. It was initiated by Team Madhubani, Gandhi fellow Mudit pathak

Dear Sir, May I request to bring a process where mca update Citizens on complaints raised on portal against Financial irregularities. We have crores of ordinary Citizen's money such as Corporate FD is not paid to us on maturity by Future Enterprises. We don't have clarity on how we get back money. We have paid taxes to Government every year on interest earned. Yet we are running pillar to post without a well laid out process for ordinary citezen. Consumer court says RBI, RBI says SEBI, SEBI say mca, now not sure what mca will say may be NCLT. We look upon PMO office to guide us. Last month also I reported this along with series of Tweet but not sure how those are processed while I understand we have large population. Enforce Bus Lanes on all cities Please request all state Governments to enforce Bus Lanes so that huge traffic jams can be avoided in all cities by ever increasing number of private vehicles. It will reduce oil consumption, accidents, road rages, pollution etc. it will increase forex reserves by saving oil, productivity of people as traffic jams are avoided, unpolluted atmosphere etc.

Importance of Rules/Law awareness among school children. At present, most of the crimes happens due to unawreness of Rules and they feel like they can get away easily after doing any crime.. It can be largely avoided if they are made aware of Traffic rules & other basic laws while stdying in school as most of them will start driving a vehicle in a couple of years. Other ethical behaviours on road also need to be taught. Otherwise many of them handle big vehicles with scant regards to other road users, ending up losing precious lives. To induldge some discipline, enforce lane discipline even while walking, like in most countries, people always walk on right side of the path, so no chaos anywhere. it will help in big festivals avoiding stampedes. Other basic laws taught in schools will enable them to know thier basic human rights, avoiding exploitation / frauds in every deals, be it buying lands, looking for employment etc. So Please start teaching law ASAP in High Schools
