Sir Developed India (Vikasit Bharat) India a nation with rich history, has transformed remarkably over the years. From an agrarian society, it has become a global player in technology, manufacturing and services. Great India must be built by the people. On India wouldn't construct its itself. By having great thoughts , creating good policies (by our honorable Prime Minister Shri Modiji - G20, GST, Nation Infrastructure etc) with nationalist pride, Great India can be developed. India has the potential to become On one of the globe's most progressive and Industrialised nations. In 1991, India adopted Economic liberalisation. This opened doors and foreign investments, boosting the economy and creating Job Opportunities. In the 21st century, India emerged as a technological power house. Innovations in IT, space research (Chandrayaan 3, Aditya 1), biotechnological have put India on the global map. India's development journey is ongoing with focus on sustainable growth and development.

Dear honorable PM & RM One of the important aspects of hierarchical connectomics is that Segmentation is possible which can be analyzed during processing of quantization of encoding the neural pathways. The neural features extracted can be applied with streaming models such as in narratives. Suppose, the call out of neural features is done and a segment of the narrative is quantized to be streamed at a threshold level and the other segment is at a different threshold level then though both are considered a part of perceptual neuroscience BUT only a segment has been called out. This is what connectomics is about. The auditory space can process streams in different hierarchical segments of connectomics based on quantization and innerPsychophysics parameters. References: Betzel, Richard. (2022). The startup ecosystem in India is growing. Most of the top companies in the world are from America the main reason is because they have a very good ecosystem for startups and after BJP has come to power the same ecosystem is built in India. Unfortunately this startup ecosystem available for today's youth has not reached into the rural segment, even in urban areas many people are unaware of the benefits for startups that are being given by the government. I am a Startup investor, now my son (14 years) who attends startup pitch sessions with me is also interested in investing and he is sharing his savings to invest in an IIT Madras incubator startup called Yali Mobility. Lot of people who are interested in starting a Startup and investors for ready to invest, but that awareness on both these prospects is lacking. If our Prime Minister can educate the Indian youth regarding the startup ecosystem and give invitation to the investors, that will give a massive growth to a economy.
