Back ground:
------------------
IDEA:
=====
Benefits:
-----------
People will be individually cautious and will not participate in wrong act – i.e. if employees are refusing to involve in wrong act then EMPLOYERS will also find it difficult to do wrong act (Like Quality, Tax evasion etc)

Pain: Delayed Justice Is In-fact Injustice
----------
(From- Filing Case, Servicing of Notice, Adjournments, Corroborative Evidences, Argument, Till Final Judgement)

Subject: CJI Shri Chandrachud should continue to Serve Nation (Even post retirement)
Back ground:
------------------
CJI Chandrachud Sir is scheduled to Retire on Nov 10, 2024 after a tenure of 2 years at the helm (longest in the last 14 years).
My Feedback on CJI Sir:
I found him a charismatic personality, change maker and lead by example and character. He has lot of fire and energy but sadly he is going to retire on 10th Nov, 2024, which indeed will be loss to nation.
Suggestion:
=========
Post Retirement he should continue to serve nation by Leading Project “Automation of Judiciary”,
Govt has allotted Rs. 8,000 crores for upgrade and automation.
Benefits:
=======
No need to reinvent the wheel when a wheel is already running fine i.e. He is master of Judiciary and his continued services may help bringing down 5 Crore pending cases and also preventive controls on new cases.

As a citizen and a voter, I regularly write to CPGRMS, Republicindia.in & Mygov.in.
My 3 High Priority topics revolve around:
i). Job Security - Umbrellas for 97% of Indian Work Force also “The way it is for 3% Govt. Employees”
ii). How to save Bharat from 5 Crore Pending Court cases (Termites- specially Cases against MP- MLAs)
iii). Whether Democracy can be more successful by adopting:
- Online voting using Internet banking mode - Education based Voting Rights
IDEA:
====
1). Govt & Judiciary should make a Policy for protecting 60 Crore work force from exploitation of Investors, Corporates & Unorganized sector
2) Maximum 8-9 hours working culture
(Extra 20%-30% jobs will be created -since most employees are working 12-16 Hours a day and other unemployed)
** Now Goddess of Justice is not Blind Folded. Judiciary may take lead SUO-MOTO in this matter in formation of policy

Dear shree Modi ji Namaskar…Please take immediate action to stop illegal immigration from Bangladeshis to Hindusthan…This is changing the demographics of Hindusthan and destabilising the country and posing a serious security threat

#RoorkeeMangeLocal: Strengthening Our Local Markets- Inspired by the PM’s vision of "Buy Local, Be Vocal," the "Roorkee Mange Local" initiative aims to enhance local shopping and boost our city’s economy. This program emphasises the importance of supporting local markets, which are vital for community prosperity. Local shopkeepers are essential to Roorkee’s economy, providing necessary goods and contributing to social and religious programs. By choosing local vendors, residents help sustain jobs and strengthen the economic fabric of our community. To engage the public, we introduced Roorkee’s first online lucky draw. Residents are encouraged to take selfies after making local purchases and share them on social media, tagging the “Roorkee Mange Local” page. Exciting prizes promote participation and make local shopping a social experience. "Roorkee Mange Local" is a movement to revitalise our local economy. We invite everyone to shop local, share your experience and make impact.
