Respected PM Ji, Its relating to Mutual Funds & AMFI. As per recent AMFI GUIDE LINES i.e. circular dated 15th March 2024, circular no. 113 of 2023-24 stating that Action to be taken by AMCs in cases where the Distributor is found to be Joint holder in multiple folios of unrelated 1st holder. In this case Fund House is asking consent from primary unit holder and joint holder as MFD to submit a declaration. I hope that this declaration is need not submit by the primary and joint holder in the case of investments were made under DIRECT PLAN and the address details are same as per KYC of primary unit holder and KYD of MFD. Simply PAN based only they are doing validation part. Circular is also not stating PLAN info i.e. Direct or Regular Respective AMC is also simply sending letters to investors and without mentioning the circular related information i.e. circular no. and date. Kindly review this issue by yours concern department further course of action.

Respected Prime Minister jee, I travelled in train no 12550 from Delhi to Raipur 3AC coach no B5 on 17th oct 2024 PNR no 2223465918. During my journey on one halt I saw a lot on ac condensed water was drained on plateform which could cause an accident of passenger catching the train. I suggest in place of draining the water this could be used in flushing in coach toilet by pumping to the water tank fir supply of water in toilet.

South Korea is showing a strong interest in investing in India’s semiconductor sector, including in Tamil Nadu. The Indian government has received significant investment proposals, with South Korean companies like SK Hynix planning substantial investments1. Tamil Nadu, in particular, is actively wooing South Korean businesses to invest in advanced manufacturing and semiconductor sectors2.The state is focusing on creating a favorable environment for such investments by developing infrastructure and offering incentives. This aligns with India’s broader strategy to become a global hub for semiconductor manufacturing. Indian government can help Tamil Nadu to make it next Taiwan in semi conductor manufacturing. India can develop each state in respective of their manufacturing capabilities.

Plans should be developed to prevent online financial services fraud. Only authorized banks and financial institutions should engage in banking services. Preventive measures should be put in place to protect people from scams related to ATM card and internet scams. Customers should inform the banks how much money they will withdraw in a day and how much in a month through ATM card and internet. Banks should immediately contact the customer in case of over-the-limit transfer attemptsFinancial fraudsters must stop withdrawing entire savings from customers' savings accounts. Transfer money from bank accounts to e-wallet and then from wallet.Fraudulent gangs robbing people of their hard-earned money must be stopped. There should be limits and restrictions on online money transfers from savings accounts. Fraudulent gangs robbing people of their hard-earned money must be stopped. he whole country is aware of women fighters of North India, such as Jhansi Ki Rani, Ahilya Bái Holkar, and others. The whole country thinks that the first Queen to fight the British was the Jhansi Ki Rani Lakshmibai. But the fact is very different. The First Queen in India to Fight the British Colonial Power was Rani Velu Nachiyar, known to Tamilians as Veeramangai. She was the princess of Ramanathapuram and the only child of Raja Chellamuthu Vijayaragunatha Sethupathy and Rani Sakandhimuthal of the Ramnad kingdom in Tamil Nadu. I hope you will consider talking about her as this will make the Tamil Language and Tamil Nadu Proud. Please consider talking about the real First Queen, who was from Tamil Nadu and fought the British colonial power in India.
