Respected sir, Pls consider to discuss on the following 1. Kindly introduce pharmacies (medical shops) at all the prominent toll gates of NHAI. Currently the Highways are equipped with emergency ambulances. May be all diagnosis relates to emergency. Some illness may be not emergency but are essential. To purchase medicines there are no pharmacies on the Highways. Pls discuss to introduce. 2. Kindly discuss on the rural health care for which please introduce a 3 year medicine degree to equip the needs of rural health care. If the number of degree holders become high then the possibility of reaching rural medical treatment is possible. 3. Kindly discuss on the need of transparency budget preparation. If the Government is such transparent then there is no need of locking the officials in the budget preparation room. From the next budget pls discuss the parameters which are going to be a part in the budget and make such discussions available in web to all people till budget. Thankyou

Of unemployed youth having researches in different fields having attained the age of fourty plus , what else education sector require after ph. D and post docs . There must be provisions for adjustment of all ph.Ds in education sector whether at low wages or high .I am from kashmir, here is not much privatisation,here highly educated youth are at home . I think transportation is the big problem for traveler's, they have to wait for the bus and rikshaw uptill it's not full . So there should be the electric scooter on many locations and the charges for that should accordingly to how much they travel throught it . Also it can be drive my individual person tooo.

I would like Honorable PM to highlight importance of radio & wireless technologies in disaster management. Amateur Radio or Ham Radio is an important and critical technology that comes to rescue when natural disasters like earthquakes, cyclones strike and normal means of communication are not available. Ham radio community is world wide open source communication community wherein people with their own wireless stations and using open radio spectrum can contact each other and help relay messages in times of distress. This has been proven in many past natural calamities which struck india including 2004 Psunami, orisaa cyclone etc. An encouragement is required from govt, education authorities to help increase widespread learning of Amateur radio at school and college levels, support in establishing ham radio clubs in different cities to build a strong Ham radio community in India that would not only be handy in disaster times but also contribute in growth of wireless technology in India
