Navarro recently stated that India was never a buyer of Russian oil, and only started purchasing it after the Ukraine-Russia war. He also noted that India earns money from trade with the USA, which is then used to buy Russian oil—The money then Russia uses to fund its weapons programs—while the USA spends taxpayers’ money fighting in Ukraine.
This is the most important understanding the USA has learnt so far.
However, history shows a stark double standard. The USA provided aid to Pakistan, which was misused by terrorists to build training infrastructure and procure weapons. These terrorists later attacked India, as in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks and the Pahalgam attacks. Yet the USA seems to have never fully grasped the consequences of its actions, while India continues to bear the cost.
So, Mr. Navarro, can you explain this double standard? Some journalists should ask him this question.

PART I
Subject: Proposal for Creation of a "Ministry of Dreams for Children"
Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Recently, Ms. Kavya Pichai, daughter of Google CEO Sundar Pichai, shared a profound thought:
“A nation does not become great by its GDP or technology, but by fulfilling the dreams of its children.” Inspired by this vision, I humbly appeal to you to consider the creation of a dedicated “Ministry of Dreams for Children.”
Vision:
This Ministry will be exclusively devoted to the identification, nurturing, and accomplishment of children’s dreams across the nation—reaching even the remotest villages. Every child, irrespective of background, should feel empowered to dream big and know that the nation stands with them.

The Honourable Prime Minister of India,
Shri Narendra Modi,

Subject: Request for Toll Exemption for Serving Soldiers on Duty and Leave
Respected Sirs,
I am Gurusiddappa, a proud serving soldier of the Indian Army with over 20 years of dedicated service to our nation. I write this letter to humbly bring to your attention a matter that affects the morale and dignity of serving defence personnel across the country.
Recently, while travelling on leave with my official Army identity card, I was required to pay toll charges at the Hattarwat Gate Toll Plaza on National Highway 4 near Belagavi, Karnataka. Despite being on official leave and carrying valid identification, I was not granted toll exemption.
This experience was disheartening. As soldiers, we dedicate our lives to the service and protection of

This experience was disheartening. As soldiers, we dedicate our lives to the service and protection of our nation. It is only fair that we are extended certain courtesies and privileges in recognition of our commitment. Toll exemption for serving soldiers—whether on duty or on sanctioned leave—would be a small but meaningful gesture of respect and gratitude from the nation we serve.
I kindly request your esteemed offices to issue appropriate directions to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to ensure toll-free passage for all serving defence personnel carrying valid identity cards. Such a policy would not only honour the sacrifices of our armed forces but also strengthen their morale.
I trust in your leadership and compassion towards the armed forces and hope that this matter will be addressed with urgency and empathy.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
With utmost respect,
Gurusiddappa
Serving Soldier, Indian Army

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
I express my deep respect and gratitude for your dedicated efforts and remarkable contributions toward the progress of our nation. I humbly request your kind attention to the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between India and Hungary for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme, which has not been active for the past two years; due to this, Indian students have missed valuable opportunities while the unused 200 seats were given to Pakistan, increasing their quota to 400, and as the 2026/27 application cycle will reopen on 15th November 2025, I earnestly request your intervention to renew the agreement so that Indian students may also benefit and contribute to the progress of our country.

In view of growing importance coupled with its acute scarcity in our country, e-wastes generated from anywhere in the country must be ultimately collected by strategic Govt. agencies. No Government offices should be allowed to sell their e-waste like old computers, printers etc. to private parties. Export of e-waste also must be brought under the control of some strategic agency. It may be noticed that Municipal authorities of many cities do not have separation of e-wastes. The whole issue of e-waste management should be looked into from a strategic viewpoint rather than from a conventional commerce angle.
