Avg time considered is 40 minutes as per portal. 2) Add on to this , request those companies having more than one offices in a region, may please be instructed strictly to relocate their employees to their nearest office location based on residence of employee specially for those employees who can do online work and digitally connected to all team members, physical presence may not be necessary for work. 3) If this initiative is implemented by employers, it will save lot of time, traffic load on Public transport will reduce and pollution will come down due to reduction in travelling. 4) Few companies show this digital initiatives on papers in their policy and work life balance , but ground realities may be different. All heads of departments to implement this initiatives and to be monitored strictly by top management.Top Mgt cannot silently watch the violations.

That sc/st should be given free hand to sell their property to whomever they want including the general category we have developed ourselves so much that no one can deter anyone to sell their property with out their will including the general category. 2. All the government offices terrace should be equipped with solar panels. 3. Government offices front vacant land should be used as building shops and rent them out but in the process no trees should be harmed or cut down. it will be major revenue source for government of India. 4. There is premium location land is vacate in the jodhpur in the front of umaid bhawan palace is used for building shops and rent them out it will benefit indian economy to a larger extent

Respected PM, I think it's very important to give proper care to women and understand the difficulties of women in periods days. The schemes you have inaugurated yesterday in Dhar is a sign of very progressive thoughts of the government. I would like to add one more suggestion with it.. Conduct campaigns in colleges to build awareness among the youth about the menstrual health and nutrition needs of women. If the youth (both men and women) is properly aware of it, I'm sure it will show positive signs later. Hope you may talk about this to the youth of this country in this Poshan month. Thank you PM.
