Education to poor children is mandatory in our country. Health is most important priority to provide all citizens of country. Women empowerment is necessary. Youth empowerment is necessary. Educate all and empower the country. Security to all citizens including all religions. Defence of country is almost priority.

I want to see a positive change in life of Migrants Workers of Bihar. For that human resources ministry along with skill development ministry and relevent depart concerning to labour reforms pf esi and Govt of Bihar work as a team. They will create a skilled and non skilled workforce team where all the workforce will register themself with Govt of Bihar, A proper HR policy will be framed for them. Bihar Govt will be the single point agency where any business unit of any place of India needs Workforce for their business factory industry farm construction or any field where a workforce is required, they contact bihar govt for workforce. Their payment structure, leave, training,health, fooding and lodging will be taken care by Bihar Govt. Govt will be paying to workforce Direct into their account and charging the salary from the industry where they will be working. A revenue from this can be earned by Bihar Govt for providing work force, This will change the pathetic life of Migrants.

Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, I wish to highlight an issue faced by many innocent citizens in cyber fraud cases. Bank accounts get frozen very fast within 1 to 3 days of a complaint, which is good for protecting victims. But even after the case is closed or innocence is confirmed, accounts remain frozen for 1 to 2 months or more. This delay causes huge hardship to ordinary people who need access to their money for family and livelihood. I humbly request that there should be a faster and transparent process to unfreeze accounts once a case is closed. Citizens should also get a chance to prove their innocence online via email, since it is not always possible to travel to another state to meet the investigating officer.
