Subject: Suggestion for improving court hearing procedures Respected Sir, During my recent visit to the Madikeri Court, I observed that attendees for court hearings are presently called out loudly by their names. I would like to suggest that a digital display system be introduced, wherein the list of attendees’ names is shown serially on a screen. This system will bring more order and efficiency to court proceedings and reduce unnecessary noise and confusion. Ayushman Bharat is a great scheme. This should be extended on paid basis to all citizens of India, apart from free eligibility to deserving citizens under existing parameters. A charge can be fixed for different income group people in the country. Health security to all citizens shall get ensured once Ayushman scheme is extended to all citizens in India. This will immensely benefit the middle class population in India who can also get benefits under this scheme at a reasonable charge. The ESI and other central govt health schemes should all be merged with Ayushman. All employers should be mandated to buy Ayushman Card for their employees at a particular charge per month or year. Even an option to increase the insurance amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs should be provided to the citizens at a particular charge.

RERA amendment required asao In my RERA case, judge took almost 2 yrs to just say, builder cheque bounce proof is not enough, allotment letter is required God knows why he took 2 yrs when documents were already given during filing case Now my case is dismissed & builder enjoy free run to dupe others without giving allotment letter I suggest govt to amend RERA law & allow builder cheque bounce also as valid evidence i lost my few lacks, atleast i feel others should not loose money
