In my view, many Indians who stay illegally in foreign countries, especially the US, end up facing deportation. By doing so, they not only harm their own future but also bring disrepute to our nation’s image. I strongly feel that there should be a law in India where, after such deportation, certain restrictions are placed on them—particularly with respect to rights under Article 19(1)(a), Article 19(1)(c) & (d), and Article 19(1)(g). This would ensure accountability and discourage others from taking such unlawful steps.
